Job Summary

Microsoft Cloud Computing and Business Central Sales Support Admin Representative at Vffice

As a Microsoft Cloud Computing and Business Central Sales Support Admin Representative, you will work as a “Smart Team Hunter” to identify potential customers and generate new opportunities. Your tasks will include: 

  • Promote MICROSOFT AZURE, BUSINESS CENTRAL and other solutions part of the MICROSOFT BUSINESS offering; 
  • Assist the team to Generate and qualify potential customers (“cold call”, telephone and email campaigns, etc.); 
  • Qualify potential “leads” and advance high return opportunities with Account Executives; 
  • Organize with sales colleagues to cover as much ground as possible on the market; 
  • Manage opportunities for Cloud solutions in the CRM; 
  • Regularly review the pipeline of leads and opportunities and track their progress. 
  • Assist in the preparation of Proposals  
  • Cooperate with targeted external campaigns by phone, email, social media or any other innovative means to generate meetings and opportunities for the sales team 
  • Assist in the planning of lead generation activities by the most efficient means, with the collaboration of the Sales and Marketing team, our Delivery specialists, and sales management. 
  • You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director 

Required Qualifications

  • IT sales experience 
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of relevant Microsoft AZURE and Business Central Solutions 
  • Excellent oral and written communication, in French and English 
  • Self-Starter, organized and efficient with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient with CRM
