Job Summary

  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce promotional materials.
  • Coordinating, editing, and optimizing any material concerning advertising, branding, and marketing
  • Research and analyze customer data like needs, satisfaction, etc.
  • Build and introduce social media strategy through competitive analysis, identification of channels, benchmarking, and messaging.
  • Create effective marketing plans and strategic options for advertising.
  • Plan schedules such as posts, stories, and other branded content.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with relevant media contacts.
  • Generate, edit, publish and distribute regular content that builds brand awareness (original text, images, or video).
  • Write long and short-form social media posts and pages, ensuring content is consistent across channels and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Engage with customers on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Engage with user-generated content on which we are tagged.
  • Manage influencer relationships and assist in campaign management and budget planning.
  • Ensure that every material is consistent with planned marketing strategies. Monitor and maintain promotional materials in inventory to be used when necessary.
  • Measure and generate reports on the results of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Giving ideas, recommendations, and plans to optimize marketing strategies to help promote the brand or campaign in new ways.

  • Manage regulatory submission process from end-to-end, ensuring all necessary stakeholder alignments and consistency with strategy.
  • Coordinate regular email marketing updates, journey upkeep, and deployments.
  • Assist Business Consultants with any research requirements as needed.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Manage the day-to-day website requirements, updating content, and executing with excellence.
  • Approve all influencer content before it goes live to ensure brand alignment.
  • Track & share content from influencer campaigns with the team to repurpose on social channels & website.
  • Work with our licensed partners with marketing collaboration campaigns
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good management of priorities
  • Experience in content creation and copywriting
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat & InDesign
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tactics an asset
  • Experience recognizing new content opportunities, styles, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Keeps up to date with new trends (advertising, marketing, content, and digital)
  • Experience managing and maintaining editorial calendars and working within strict deadlines.
